ARCON – The Romanian Association of Competition Law – and Universul Juridic Publishing House are pleased to announce the organization of a new debate in the field of competition law, on the topic of mobility limitations on the labor market and the limits within which competition authorities should intervene to remove them.
The discussions will be held in English
We are honored to have as speakers:
- Alessio Aresu – Anti-Cartel Enforcement and Policy Official, Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission (DG COMP)
- Bogdan Chirițoiu – President, Competition Council
- Jessica Jeffers – Associate Professor at the Department of Finance, HEC Paris European Business School
- Ioana Marinescu – Associate Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice and, starting July 2022, Senior Economist at the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division
- Eugen Rădulescu – Advisor to the Governor of the National Bank of Romania
- Adrian Șter – Partner, 360Competition, ARCON Member
The debate will be moderated by Paul-George Buta, Founding Member of ARCON.
